Cape Gooseberry

When Shane was a little kid, his brother, sister and cousins used to eat them at Grandma's farm in Mukibudin! They'd get them straight of the bush and it didn't matter if they weren't ripe yet... You'd just get a tummy ache :-) eating them - RIGHT NOW! -

"Unripe Cape Gooseberry fruits are poisonous. The plant is believed to have caused illness and even death in Australian cattle.
Only suitably matured fruits are fit for human consumption. "

hahaha! thats hilarious! this reminds me of some guys in DTS who gave a cat some paracetamol to make it better. the poor cat died, and they found out later on the internet that that's what happens if you give paracetamol to cats. i'm glad you guys are ok though :)
